Online Coaching

Personalised training delivered online, with ongoing support and adjustments to keep you progressing.

Online coaching provides structure, accountability, and reassurance while allowing you to train independently and on your own schedule. Your program is tailored to your goals, experience, and stage of life, with regular check-ins to ensure your training remains safe, effective, and sustainable.

Hi, I’m Kelsie — founder and coach behind Coached by Kels.

My approach to fitness has evolved far beyond quick fixes, rigid plans, or chasing smaller numbers on the scale. Today, I coach with one clear focus: building strong, capable bodies that support your life — not consume it.

I specialise in strength training, progressive overload, and muscle development, with programs designed to be sustainable, empowering, and tailored to the individual. Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, regaining confidence, or simply feeling strong again, my coaching is rooted in education, consistency, and long-term results — not extremes.

Fitness should add to your life, not control it. I believe in training that respects your body, adapts to your season of life, and prioritises both physical and mental strength. That means no punishment workouts, no unrealistic expectations, and no one-size-fits-all plans.

As a qualified personal trainer (Cert III & IV), boxing coach, and ongoing student of women-specific training, I’m passionate about helping women train with purpose — whether they’re brand new to the gym, returning after time off, or ready to push their performance to the next level.
